  • Previously served at the Information Communications Network State-Owned Enterprise and at the Mongolia Telecom Privatization Project supported by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) Since 2011, has been actively involved in the broadcasting sector, specializing in broadcasting regulatory policy development and implementation and enforcement of broadcasting sector.

  • Worked in various roles across international and national development projects, including as Ozone Program Officer at the National Ozone Unit (UNEP project, Ministry of Nature and Environment, 2001–2003) and Quality Control Officer, ABB Sadelmi SpA under the ADB-funded HP Side Refurbishment Project at TES#3 Power Station (1997–2000)
